PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit card: We accept Visa or MasterCard or checks or money orders made payable to Image Innovations, Inc. COD orders are accepted and will include an additional $7.50 fee. For international orders, please use Visa or MasterCard, or a wire transfer in U.S. funds.

Opening an account: We welcome institutional and business accounts. Please call us directly to open an account. Terms are net 30 days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are shipped via Air Mail. We will add the shipping charge, plus a $15.00 processing fee to your order total. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

We will send you an email with the order total, including shipping fees.  Your order will be processed when we receive your confirmation.

RETURN POLICY
Returning products is easy. If you receive items that have been damaged in shipping, save all the packing material, note the damage on the delivery receipt and call the carrier to report the damage. Then, call us in Customer Service and we will arrange for the return of the damaged products. All other returns must be accompanied by a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned by our Customer Service Department. This process ensures prompt handling of your return. Restocking charges will apply, except in the case of defective or damaged goods.

We have worked very hard to make sure that your online shopping experience at SlideScribe is as safe and easy as it can be. To that end we provide the following information as a tutorial and safety blanket for you. Please also read our Privacy Statement.

THE ONLINE ORDERING PROCESS

  1. When you first arrive at the site you will notice a series of buttons along the side of the site. You can use these buttons to navigate through the site. Most of the buttons will lead you to products which you may purchase directly from this site.

  2. After you have found an item that you would like to purchase, simply click on the buy button, which is located directly below the product. Clicking on the buy button (as shown here) will add that product to your virtual shopping cart for checkout at a later time, much like using a shopping cart in a grocery store.

  3. You may then continue browsing the site and add more items to your shopping cart if you wish.

  4. When you are ready to check out click on the checkout button located on the left hand side of every page at the bottom of the menu. You will then be presented with a page that lists all the products you added to your virtual shopping cart. You can change the quantities of each item on this page.

  5. After you have confirmed the items you would like to purchase, type in your first name and hit the continue button. (If you have decided not to order anything at this time, click on the Clear Cart button).

  6. You are now at the last stage of the ordering process. This is a secure page. The information you provide here cannot be seen by anyone except SlideScribe staff. Fill out your personal information, then click on the Submit Order when you are ready. Doing so will submit your order to SlideScribe.
