This program will handle your entire collection image collection - digital, transparencies, and/or prints - all in one database! Designed to give you all the necessary tools, this easy-to-use program will help you organize your images by groups, categories, and key words. Use the powerful, flexible sort and search capabilities to manage your data.

Digital image tools:

  • Image locator : Pop-up image file locator helps you keep track of where your digital images are stored.
  • Format filter: Your search is easy! Use the format filter to search only within the applicable digital format.(.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .pcd, .pcx, etc).
  • Image preview: Once the file name and path have been identified, click on "View" and a preview of the image pops up! You have a description and an image to review.
Easy image search
Use the powerful sort and search capabilities of the database. Organize your image collection by group, category, key words, image numbers, and/or Free Text. Set up retrieval files for lists of submissions, printing captions, or lists of images fitting your criteria.

Captions - professional and customized
  • Create professional captions using the fonts and colors available on your printer.
  • Choose from 5 different label formats in 2 sizes
  • Print one or two labels per image, up to 4 lines of 30 characters each, per label
  • Efficient use of label stock! Select the row number where you want the print job to begin. No need to waste label sheets.
Export file
Create an exportable file of the images you select. Email a list of images, create a spreadsheet or a document, whatever format you need to efficiently manage your image collection.

Special features
  • Automatic sequential numbering up to 6 places - alpha and numeric
  • Supports special characters: copyright, trademark, etc.
  • Free text: unlimited amount of text with which to describe the image, environment, film, etc. - does not appear on labels
  • Special Hot Keys feature enables you to define a string of letters, words, symbols or phrases to save on key strokes. Easy to use
    Single key commands, fully formatted screen for easy input, margin adjustments for labels from the keyboard, help screens, repeat feature allows the same information to be entered for multiple images.

    Compatible with Windows 98, NT, ME, 2000   & XP.

     

    Works with all sheet-fed printers. The software is capable of producing 84 labels of 4 lines per label and 28 characters per line, based on the label format chosen. Printing on all 84 labels will depend on the mechanical capability of the printer.
